Loading:
NEW ADDITION: The Chip Magazine! Simply load full racks of chips into the Chip Magazine, and insert the ChipMag into the port on top of The Chip Cleaner. The ChipMag holds 300 chips, and they go through the cleaning process in 30 seconds. The standard ChipMag is designed for chips up to Ø40mm, and will be custom made for your various needs. The Chip Cleaner is designed to accept various chip sizes and materials, ensuring compatibility with your existing inventory. 
 
Washing:
Once loaded, the chips undergo a soft and harmless cleaning process. The Chip Cleaner employs a combination of tap water and specialized Ph-neutral cleaning solution to remove dirt, grime and biological material from the surface of each chip. When you are done cleaning your chosen chips, the waste water is a visual reminder of the importance of chip cleaning.  

Drying:

After washing, The Chip Cleaner swiftly dries the chips. Rapid chip drying allows quick turnaround time and minimal downtime.
